• Associate's degree or technical/vocational certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment and production lines per SOPs.
• Meet daily production targets with optimal uptime and output quality.
• Perform changeovers and line clearances to minimize downtime.
• Document production data, batch records, and process logs in real time.
• Stage materials and coordinate with material handling to keep line supplied.
