Job summary

Cardinal Health in Wabasha, MN is seeking a Machine Operator to run light-duty bench and floor-type tools, set up equipment, and monitor output for quality. The role includes adjusting machines, performing routine maintenance, and following quality procedures to ensure efficient manufacturing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machining machines, and perform maintenance on machines
• Check work using prescribed gauges, jigs and fixtures to measure close tolerances
• Handle machines that may be numerically controlled
• Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures
• Review of output by work lead or supervisor
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Supervisor with or without accommodation

The hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm (overtime on Fridays based on business needs)

What Machine Operation contributes to Cardinal Health Manufacturing is responsible for cost of production and maintenance activities including process improvement, supply chain management, quality assurance, employee safety and engagement, and environmental commitment.
