Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a researcher to design, develop, and implement Voice AI applications with linguistic and speech expertise. You will own language support end to end, including normalization and pronunciation rules, and analyze complex speech problems across languages, accents, and dialects.

The role requires a Master’s or PhD in Linguistics or related field, plus 4+ years of experience in large-scale experiment design and quantitative research, with hands-on Python experience.
