A Typical Day

As a Senior ML Engineer, you’ll lead the development of machine learning systems from prototype to production. You’ll mentor junior team members, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure that ML pipelines are scalable, efficient, and reliable.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying ML models
• Expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with data pipelines, model monitoring, and ML lifecycle management
• Solid knowledge of algorithms, optimization, and statistical techniques

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI)
• Background in software engineering best practices (CI/CD, versioning, testing)
• Proven ability to drive ML strategy and lead technical discussions
• English fluency and excellent communication skills
• Full-time and Remote availability
