Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Shape their core product by shipping new features
• Experiment with the latest NLP/ML and LLM-based techniques to optimize performance
• Work closely with customers to gather feedback and iterate on the product

Requirements

• PhD in Machine Learning or relevant field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics etc.)
• NLP (NER, embeddings, full-text search etc.) and LLM (API calling, RAG-training, Fine-tuning) experience
• Startup mindset - experience moving fast and shipping features
• Interest/experience in HealthTech/Healthcare
