Your Impact

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will develop and deploy ML models, work on transformer-based architectures, and contribute to end-to-end AI solutions. You will collaborate with engineers, researchers, and customers to build and scale AI applications that address real-world industry challenges.

• Build and optimize ML models for diverse applications
• Develop and maintain ML infrastructure, pipelines, and deployment systems
• Work across modeling, ML infrastructure, and system development to deliver AI-driven solutions
• Engage with customers and internal teams to refine AI models based on real-world feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are scalable and production-ready
• Solve complex ML and AI system design challenges

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with 5+ years (or) Masters degree with 3+ years (or) PhD degree with 1+ year of software development industry experience
• 2+ years of industry experience in machine learning, including building, fine-tuning, and deploying models into production
• Experience in Python or Go and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ML fundamentals, classic algorithms, transformer-based models, and deep learning architectures
• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face models
• Background in AI security, risk detection, or fraud detection (a plus, but not required)
• Research experience or contributions to open-source ML projects
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
