Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Microsoft 365 Technical Lead to drive architecture for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Search, and Copilot initiatives. You will shape governance, security, and enterprise adoption strategies while collaborating with multiple teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

The role requires deep M365 expertise, executive communication skills, and the ability to lead complex initiatives across the organization. Remote-first engagement with a strong focus on governance and security.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, governance, and administration.
• Experience delivering enterprise intranet, document management, and search solutions.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Search, content discovery, and search relevance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design for Microsoft 365 collaboration, content management, and search capabilities.
• Define and implement SharePoint Online architecture, governance, permissions strategy, and best practices.
• Drive Microsoft Search configuration, optimization, and relevance tuning to improve enterprise content discovery.
• Establish Copilot readiness strategies, including content governance, security, compliance, and adoption planning.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to develop Microsoft 365 roadmaps and platform standards.
• Provide technical leadership across delivery teams responsible for SharePoint, search, and related Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise security, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Influence senior stakeholders and provide guidance on strategic technology decisions.
