Qualifications

• Monitor Microsoft 365 services, performing troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Design custom Teams templates to improve productivity.
• Implement Microsoft Purview solutions for data protection.
• Evaluate emerging Microsoft 365 features to enhance efficiency.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell scripts and Microsoft Graph API.
• Produce SOPs and user guides, leading training sessions.
• Ensure smooth integration with infrastructure and vendors.
