Job summary

Leidos seeks an experienced M365 Security and Compliance Administrator to secure the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise endpoints within a GCC tenant for federal partners.

You will lead governance, enforce controls, and provide incident response, audit support, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen security posture and compliance across devices, identity, and cloud services.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Intune engineering across Windows, macOS, and iOS devices.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting for remediation and automation.
• Deep experience with Microsoft Defender and Sentinel SIEM.
• Strong understanding of Entra ID Conditional Access and CA policies.
• Experience with Purview DLP, labeling, and retention controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance for M365 security policies, standards, and guardrails aligned to federal requirements.
• Define and enforce email security and encryption policies; manage DLP labeling and retention.
• Engineer and validate device and identity access controls across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
• Design, test, and deploy Intune configurations and compliance policies.
• Coordinate vulnerability responses and rapid remediation across M365 and endpoints.
• Support ATO control evidence collection and audit readiness activities.
• Lead integration of Defender and Sentinel for threat detection and response.
• Provide Tier 3 incident response and cross-team collaboration for security issues.
