Job summary
Cetera Financial Group Inc is seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer to support and enhance a multi-tenant Microsoft 365 environment within the Remote Administration program. You will act as a subject matter expert and Global Administrator, ensuring reliability, security, and continuous improvement of the platform.
You will collaborate with IT Operations to resolve complex issues, drive strategic enhancements, and maintain detailed documentation to support ongoing platform effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT experience.
- 3+ years administering Microsoft 365 at Global Administrator level.
- Hands-on experience across core M365 services and multi-tenant environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud service issues.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services across Exchange Online, Entra ID, Defender, Purview, Intune, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
- Manage and optimize multi-tenant environments (MTO) and cross-tenant collaboration.
- Oversee endpoint provisioning and lifecycle management using Intune, Entra ID, and Windows Autopilot.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and admin portals.
- Partner with IT Operations on projects, changes, and incident resolution.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge-base resources.
