Job summary

Altera Corporation in San Jose, CA, seeks an M365 Conferencing Engineer to design and manage the company’s unified communications infrastructure, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, across office, lab, and manufacturing sites. • Familiarity with enterprise AV equipment including Crestron, Logitech, Poly, and Yealink solutions.
• Knowledge of SIP trunking, PSTN connectivity, and telephony integration patterns.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Admin Center and PowerShell for Teams administration.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.

• Troubleshoot audio/video quality issues, meeting connectivity problems, and hardware failures.
• Define and enforce meeting room standards, naming conventions, and provisioning processes.
• Support hybrid meeting best practices and enable equitable collaboration for distributed teams.

The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.

Qualifications
