Maginot Support Services, Inc. (MS2USA) seeks a skilled M2 Bradley Track Mechanic in Texas to inspect, diagnose, and repair hull and automotive systems. You will service diesel engines, powerpacks, transmissions, driveline, and electrical/hydraulic subsystems across Bradley variants.

The role requires reading manuals, using diagnostic tools, and performing authorized maintenance with lifting equipment. On-site activity with safety and regulatory compliance is essential.

Formación

• Read and apply technical manuals, illustrated parts listings, and diagrams.
• Proficient with hand and power tools used for tracked-vehicle maintenance.
• Experience with diagnostic/electrical test equipment and torque tools.

Responsabilidades

• Perform PMCS, inspections, fault diagnosis, corrective maintenance, and post-repair checks on M2 Bradley hull and automotive systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, remove, replace, and service diesel engines and powerpack assemblies (fuel, air, lubrication, cooling, exhaust).
• Maintain transmissions, final drives, steering, and braking systems; diagnose leaks and wear.
• Inspect and service tracks, suspension components, road wheels, idlers, and related hardware.
• Diagnose and repair hull electrical systems including batteries, charging, wiring, lighting, and power distribution.
• Maintain hull hydraulic systems, pumps, lines, hoses, actuators, and rear ramp mechanisms.
• Inspect hull access doors, seals, seating, and identify hull/armor damage; refer or repair as needed.
• Inspect hull support systems (fire detection, ventilation, cooling, filtration, bilge, auxiliary power).
• Use manuals, diagrams, and test equipment to isolate faults and verify repairs.
• Remove/install hull/automotive assemblies using lifting equipment; assist disassembly/reassembly.
• Conduct functional checks and vehicle driving tests; report remaining deficiencies.
• Record inspections, faults, repairs, labor, and parts usage in the maintenance system.
• Follow safety and environmental procedures; maintain tools and workspace.
• Meet customer/site access requirements and undergo background checks and medical screening.
