DT Global Asia Pacific is seeking an M&E Lead to support the Partnerships for Infrastructure Phase 2 (P4I-2) program across Southeast Asia. This senior role oversees MEL system design, data collection, analysis and reporting to inform decision-making and adaptive management.

You will mentor teams, integrate inclusion and climate priorities, coordinate with partners and DFAT reporting, and ensure quality data and accessible dashboards.

Qualificações

• Postgraduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading MEL systems for donor-funded programs is essential.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead MEL framework implementation and refinement.
• Integrate inclusion and climate priorities into MEL.
• Oversee data collection, QA and analysis for program outcomes.
• Coordinate with partners and subcontractors for reliable data.
• Oversee the program MIS and reporting dashboards.
• Provide MEL leadership and capacity building to teams.
• Support DFAT reporting and learning activities.
