Job summary

Stark Tech is seeking a Project Manager, M&A Integration to lead acquisition integration efforts in Buffalo, NY. You will partner with Finance, IT, Operations and HR to ensure acquired companies are integrated into Stark Tech processes, reporting and systems.

You will analyze financial and operational data, manage deadlines, document requirements, and deliver actionable recommendations to optimize costs and value realization across integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field required.
• Five (5) years of related professional experience in project management, business analysis, finance, accounting, systems implementation, consulting or a related field, required.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined acquisition integration projects and workstreams.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Operations, Human Resources and acquired-company teams.
• Own day-to-day delivery of assigned work and escalate changes that affect the broader integration plan.
