Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Senior Finance Manager, M&A to drive the firm's inorganic growth through acquisitions of RIAs and wealth management firms. You will manage a small team and oversee the full deal lifecycle, from sourcing and modeling to due diligence and post-close integration.

The role demands a highly analytical, commercially minded leader with deep industry knowledge and strong executive communication. Hybrid schedule requires four in-office days per week in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in M&A finance, corporate development or related fields.
• Experience leading finance workstreams across multiple transactions.
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation and scenario analysis.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence outcomes in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition strategy within the RIA and wealth management sectors.
• Develop scalable M&A playbooks, templates, financial models, governance standards, and integration processes.
• Lead finance workstreams across acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments.
• Direct financial due diligence, including quality of earnings and cash flow analysis.
• Prepare investment memoranda and board-ready presentations.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to support transaction execution and integration.
