Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of experience at an investment bank or similar corporate finance.
• Experience managing a team remotely and in person.
• FINRA Series 63 and 7 or 79 licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Execute buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements.
• Engage in business development activities to market services.
• Analyze client data to identify financial and operational trends.
• Lead the execution of transactions, including due diligence and valuation.
