Job summary

Team Fishel in Cincinnati, Ohio is hiring Senior Installers (including Crew Leaders) for the LVTS group. The role leads installation crews, ensures infrastructure installation meets standards, and maintains safety and equipment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
BICSI Installer certification strongly preferred.
Polished, professional image with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of structured cabling systems including fiber optic installation and security.

Responsibilities

Lead LVTS installation crews and ensure installation meets Team Fishel, customer, and industry standards.
Ensure proper tool and test equipment usage and maintain vehicle and inventory.
Adhere to all company policies and safety rules; enforce safety equipment usage.
Maintain customer relationships and report project costs daily to the Sr. Technician/Project Manager.
Perform project punch-list walkthroughs and final project closeout documentation.
