Team Fishel in Cincinnati, Ohio is hiring Senior Installers (including Crew Leaders) for the LVTS group. The role leads installation crews, ensures infrastructure installation meets standards, and maintains safety and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead LVTS installation crews and ensure installation meets Team Fishel, customer, and industry standards.
• Ensure proper tool and test equipment usage and maintain vehicle and inventory.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety rules; enforce safety equipment usage.
• Maintain customer relationships and report project costs daily to the Sr. Technician/Project Manager.
• Perform project punch-list walkthroughs and final project closeout documentation.

Description

Team Fishel , the Best Choice for Utility Construction and Network Installation, is hiring Senior Installers (including Crew Leaders) for our Cincinnati, Ohio Low VoltageTechnologies Services Group (LVTS) .

Our CincinnatiLVTS Teamis managing record growth, and we're looking for experienced Crew Leaders and Senior Installers. We have so much work that we are literally hiring dozens of new Teammates for long-termcareers. Right Now.

Our growth is coming from secured contracts we have with national and international companies, as well as the fact that Team Fishel has added an entire new security product line to it's already industry-spanning service offerings. We are quickly becoming the one of the primary leaders in the LVTS industry.

The purpose of this position is to lead LVTS installation crews.

Technical Responsibilities

• Insure that the infrastructure installation and equipment performance meetsTeam Fishel’s, the Customer’s, and Industry standards.
• Insure the correct tool and test equipment usage practices are followed.
• Maintain company vehicle according to established company maintenance practices.
• Maintain tool and supply inventory on company vehicle.
• Adhere to all company policies, practices and procedures insuring all Teammates compliance.
• Safety administration:
• Ensure that field Teammates use proper safety equipment and apparel.
• Ensure that field Teammates adhere to customer policies and safety rules.
• Other specific duties as directed by the Sr. Technician/Project Manager.

Project Responsibilities

• Maintain Customer relationships.
• Report all direct project costs including labor, equipment, material, expenses, etc… on a daily basis to the Sr. Technician/Project Manager.
• Report changes in the project scope or any additional work to customer and Sr. Technician/Project Manager before proceeding.
• Perform project “punch list” walk through with the Sr. Technician/Project Manager and the customer. Correct the identified deficiencies as required or directed.
• Perform the final project walk through with the Sr. Technician/Project Manager and the customer
• Ensure that all necessary project closeout documentation is completed and submitted on time.

Qualifications

• Possess a High School Diploma or a GED Certificate.
• Possess a polished, professional image with highly developed verbal and written communications skills.
• Must have working knowledge of structured cabling systems, including fiber optic cable installation and security.
• Possess a keen desire to be a team player and succeed in the technologies business.
• Possess an above average knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
• BICSI certifiedas an Installer.
