Job summary

Team Fishel in South Bend, IN is hiring Senior Installers (including Crew Leaders) for the Low Voltage Technologies Group. Lead LVTS installation crews on data center projects and ensure compliance with safety and customer standards.

We value a polished image, strong communication, and a solid knowledge of structured cabling, including fiber optics and security. BICSI Installer certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Polished, professional image with strong verbal and written communication.
• Know-how of structured cabling, including fiber optics and security systems.
• Team player with knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
• BICSI Installer certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead LVTS installation crews on projects and ensure safety and standards.
• Maintain equipment and tool readiness; manage inventory on vehicle.
• Report project costs and changes to Sr. Technician/Project Manager.
• Ensure closeout documentation is completed on time.
