Job summary

Huntington Valley Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to serve as Nursing Supervisor. You will oversee daily nursing operations, direct nursing assistants, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations to deliver high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include charting, medication administration, staff development, performance evaluations, and coordinating with physicians and other departments to maintain an optimal care plan and smooth shift transitions.

Qualifications

• Must hold a nursing degree and an active LPN/LVN license in the state.
• Experience leading nursing teams in long-term care is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing care standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing activities of CNAs and licensed staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee charting, medication administration, and resident assessments.
