Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess, at minimum, Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license to practice in California.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience supervising nursing assistants in a long-term care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise CNAs daily.
• Ensure nursing staff follow approved policies and procedures.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning as required.
