Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program or nursing degree.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing assistant activities and supervise staff.
• Administer medications as ordered and document accurately.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure compliance with policies.
• Complete and review charts, reports, and resident records.
• Participate in discharge planning and quality assurance activities.
