Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Senior Application Engineer for Low Voltage Power Distribution to support LV power circuit breakers, MCBs and related products in a hybrid role based in Grand Prairie, TX, Peachtree Corners, GA, or remote for experienced internal candidates.

The role covers technical documentation, pre-sale support, and post-sale technical support across the Technical Support and Customer Service teams, interfacing with sales, developers and end users to shape product roadmaps and customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing.
5+ years of experience applying power circuit breakers in industrial and commercial power systems.
Experience / exposure in communications for processes and building management systems
Excellent verbal group presentation and written communications skills
Willing to travel up to 30%, primarily domestic
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Utilizing advanced knowledge of customer business needs, engineering and manufacturing processes to lead pursuit teams that deliver compelling customer experiences in support of selling efforts.
Provide pre-sale interfacing with customers, business developers, application engineers, and project managers on technical issues related to the application and integration of power circuit breakers.
Engage with customers to gather business and technical requirements and assist product management with portfolio development.
Lead creation of white papers, presentations, and digital media to support selling efforts.
Lead development and delivery of presentations, demonstrations, proposals and status reviews (Technical/M management reviews).
Oversee and guide the client in selecting appropriate solutions and suites of technology.
