Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Low Voltage Estimator to manage electrical estimates and cost consulting on Low Voltage systems (30V and below) for our Data Center clients, within the Central Estimating Team.

Responsibilities include producing final cost plans, feasibility studies, procurement reports, pre/post-contract cost management, monthly cost reports, and value engineering, with client liaison and leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Low Voltage B experience required on large high-value construction projects.
• Strong experience in pre-contract, post-contract and final account.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent communicator and thrives in a client facing role.
• Good organization, multitasking ability and team player.
• Knowledge of construction procurement methods and value management.

Responsibilities

• Provide estimate and cost planning including producing and presenting the final cost plan.
• Estimate at conceptual, programming and detailed levels.
• Assist on feasibility studies and procurement reports.
• Manage procurement processes including pre-qualification, bid lists, bid analysis and contractual documents.
• Support post-contract cost variances and change control; refer major changes to line manager.
• Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present to client.
