Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Low Voltage Electrical Project Manager for a data center project in Martindale, TX. Lead fire alarm and BMS scopes from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with architects, contractors, and clients to keep projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and client relations. Strong leadership and communication are essential to deliver high-quality results on mission-critical

Qualifications

• 9+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale mission-critical, data center, or industrial projects.
• Experience with AV systems, structured cabling, low-voltage systems, and IT-related electrical infrastructure.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of low voltage electrical construction projects (fire alarms, BMS) from planning to closeout.
• Develop and manage project strategic plans and program initiatives.
• Act as Owner's Advisor with primary responsibility for all phases of project.
• Oversee design, construction processes and coordination among teams.
