SupportFinity™ is seeking a Residential Construction Project Director to oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and installation of residential lighting and shading projects in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing complex projects within budget.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $141,000 - $150,000, along with generous benefits including health coverage, paid time off, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of project management experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience leading complex luxury residential projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills for all stakeholder levels.

Responsibilities
