Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Led cross-functional coordination with construction counterparts to align schedules and budgets.
• Proven track record of managing complex luxury residential projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
