Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate or finance or equivalent experience in residential property management.
• 5 years of residential rent regulated property management experience in NYC.
• Experience with high end residential properties.
• Experience with LIHTC units.
• Working knowledge of building operations and maintenance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Revenue Management Program experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Interact directly with property owners, asset managers, and business partners to ensure client satisfaction.
• Interface with residents to address issues/concerns and enhance the living environment.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and coordinate maintenance, quotes from vendors, and scheduling of work.
• Negotiate service contracts and manage building contracts to meet contractual obligations.
• Oversee capital improvements and apartment improvement projects as required.
• Prepare operating budgets, forecasts, and variance reports; analyze income and expenditures.
