RH is seeking a Residential Trade Leader to grow and lead a luxury interior design trade business within the Gallery. The role focuses on delivering first‑class service to RH Trade clients and building a high-performing team dedicated to servicing the interior design trade market.

The candidate should bring 5+ years of experience in high-end interiors/showrooms, strong leadership, relationship skills, and a strategic mindset to drive growth and excellence across projects and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Lead and grow the residential trade business within the Gallery.
• Build, lead, educate and inspire a high-performing team for the interior design trade.
• Collaborate with Gallery Leader to develop strategies for the trade business.
• Oversee multiple trade projects of varying size and scope.
• Qualify and partner with Trade clientele through consultations and site visits.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Meet fiscal goals and drive business results.
• Stay engaged with the luxury interior design community.
