Qualifications

• 5+ years in a high-end interior design showroom or luxury setting.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire a team.
• Superior organization and leadership skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Uncompromising attention to quality and detail.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
• Ability to read and understand floor plans.
• Must have clean driving record and valid license.
• Willingness to travel locally and out of state.

• Stay current on local and global design publications and trends.
• Share learnings with other Galleries to grow the trade business.
