Job summary

MPI seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead luxury waterfront estate developments in Broward County. You’ll drive milestones, manage subcontractors, and optimize site logistics from ground-up builds to renovations.

The role requires 10+ years in construction PM, extensive South Florida luxury home experience, and proficiency with ProCore/Buildertrend or MS Project. Expect a competitive base and strong healthcare benefits with 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience managing construction projects as a Project Manager.
5+ years of Luxury Single Family Home Experience.
Done at least 5 Ground Up Luxury Home Projects from start to finish.
Experience with building luxury homes in South Florida (REQUIRED).
Luxury Home Experience: $10M - $30M each (Construction Cost).
Ground Up and Renovation of Custom Homes.
Strong experience with ProCore, Buildertrend or MS Project.
OSHA 30.
Strong ability to read drawings and specifications.
Experience with site work through CO.
Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

Direct overall project execution including estimating.
Manage project milestones.
Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients.
Develop and maintain site logistics plan.
Conduct quality inspections.
Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts.
Monitor costs, including labor time and material.
Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of schedule dates.
Prepare and submit Superintendent's Daily Reports.
Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings.
