Job summary
Related Group in Miami seeks a seasoned Construction Manager to lead design and construction of a large luxury multi-tower project in South Florida. You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, vendor negotiations, and field operations from preconstruction through turnover, ensuring quality and safety.
This role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management, 10–20 years of luxury condo experience, proficiency with Procore and MS Projects, and strong leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Bluebeam or Acrobat.
- Take-offs/estimates with On-Screen Take-off or Bluebeam.
- Mastery of Procore or other PM software.
- MS Projects or Primavera scheduling knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Spend ~100% in the Construction Field Office overseeing General Contractor operations.
- Lead preconstruction design, GC and subcontractor negotiations.
- Coordinate permitting and regulatory approvals to start work on time.
- Review documents for completeness, constructability, and conflicts.
- Prepare construction reports and manage project documents and correspondence.
