Job summary

Restaurant Associates, the premier hospitality partner to Morgan Stanley, seeks a Catering and Events Manager to lead high-touch catering operations in Westchester, NY. The role supports elevated corporate dining, executive meetings, and client events in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

You will plan and execute events, manage staff, and collaborate with chefs on menus and proposals while maintaining brand standards and exceptional attendee experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospitality experience, including event planning.
• Experience in high-volume, luxury, or premium food & beverage environments.
• Proven ability to write catering menu proposals with chefs.
• Excellent client relations, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute meetings and events from start to finish with flawless delivery.
• Lead day-to-day catering operations focusing on service excellence and brand standards.
• Partner with General Manager on catering menus, proposals, and client presentations.
• Manage and develop catering staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
