Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Data & Reporting Professional to support the Michigan Integrated LTSS program.

You will deliver advanced analytics, operational reporting, and executive dashboards, transforming complex clinical and financial data into actionable insights for program oversight and regulatory compliance. The role requires 5+ years in healthcare analytics, strong Excel skills, and experience with large datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of healthcare analytics experience.
• Experience with large healthcare datasets and advanced Excel for dashboards.
• Ability to work independently on complex data problems and produce executive dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational, clinical, quality, compliance, and executive dashboards for the MI LTSS program.
• Transform complex clinical, operational, quality, and financial data into actionable insights.
• Support state audits, readiness reviews, corrective action plans, and regulatory inquiries through data analysis.
• Collaborate with LTSS leadership to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide timely analytics and reporting to support executive decision-making.
