Job summary

NVIDIA seeks an expert in IBM Spectrum LSF to own and optimize scheduler behavior across 15–25 federated cells in a deep-specialist role. You will diagnose remote queueing, design cell topology, and codify policies with IaC to endure scale and cross-cluster workloads.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in HPC or large-scale batch compute with 5+ years on IBM Spectrum LSF.
• Hands-on depth in LSF internals beyond documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduler behavior across 15–25 federated LSF cells and tuning.
• Diagnose MultiCluster forwarding problems in production.
• Set design for cell topology and federation as the farm grows.
• Encode scheduler policy into a resilient config schema.
• Partner with CAD and methodology teams on heavy workloads.
