Job summary

TIAA is seeking a Director, LRC Solutions Architect to drive architecture strategy and roadmaps for the Legal, Risk & Compliance technology portfolio. You will lead governance, translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, and guide Build vs Buy decisions to optimize cost and value.

In this role you will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and business stakeholders to evolve capabilities, evaluate AI opportunities including GenAI, and help shape a product-centric operating model

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related technical leadership roles.
Experience in financial services.
Experience with cloud technologies, modern architecture patterns, and/or enterprise integration approaches.

Responsibilities

Drive architecture strategy and roadmaps for Legal, Risk & Compliance portfolio and establish reference architectures.
Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment with principles and standards; lead governance forums.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide Build vs Buy decisions to optimize cost and value.
Lead business process modeling and capability development to support a product-centric operating model.
Define AI enablement, evaluate GenAI/Agentic approaches and guide automation initiatives across the portfolio.
Provide architectural guidance and maintain standards throughout the delivery lifecycle.
