Sentara’s SRMH Orthopedics and Spine Center in Harrisonburg, VA, seeks a Senior Clinical Support LPN for full-time daytime hours. The role partners with leadership to ensure efficient clinic operations and patient care excellence.

You will support staff, manage projects, and help implement new processes while serving as a clinical role model. Required VA or Compact LPN license, BLS within 90 days, and 1–2 years in medical office/patient care settings.

Qualifications

• LPN license in VA or Compact required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in medical office/administrative settings.
• Medication Administration certification/training preferred.
• 1 year medical office experience; 2 years patient care; 1 year administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Assistant Practice Manager and Practice Manager to ensure efficient clinical operations.
• Support daily clinical operations and provide solutions to staff needs.
• Manage multiple projects and perform special assignments as needed.
