Security Clearance

Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Position / Job Description: General Tasking Description

• Lead the LPD program, managing all LPD team members for all hulls and financial products.
• Execute planning and analysis, funding document preparation, and execution tracking and reconciliation.
• Assist in the analysis and supporting justification material for preparing budget exhibits.
• Provide financial input for LPD briefings and reports.
• Assist in the development and documentation of procedures and ensure the team follows LPD processes and procedures.

Experience Requirements

• 10 years’ professional experience.
• 10 years of DoD/DoN, specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding financial management experience and/or PPBE process.
• Supervisory experience; team management experience; familiarity with DoD/DoN financial policies and regulations; ERP experience; budget cycle development knowledge.
• Knowledge/experience with DoD acquisition phases; experience in DoN/NAVSEA shipbuilding programs.

Educational & Certification Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/Management or related discipline.
