Job summary

Amteck, a Top 50 Electrical Design-Build Contractor, seeks a Technologies Superintendent for our Dyersburg, TN office with ~50% travel. You will lead field teams, supervise low voltage cabling installs, and manage budgets and safety on projects across our nationwide portfolio.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a focus on client satisfaction and quality. You will collaborate with the Technologies PM and other leaders to deliver on-time, within-budget project

Qualifications

5-6 years of verified experience with low voltage systems and cabling
Some proven experience supervising or training others on this type of work
OSHA 30 is obtainable or held (preferred)
Budgets, labor hours, material costs understanding for job sites
Ability to complete relevant documentation accurately

Responsibilities

Lead teams up to 10 members and perform hands-on cabling/termination of low voltage systems
Manage budgets, labor hours, and material costs with the Tech PM
Prepare progress reports and monthly projections for cash flow
Ensure safe work practices and compliance with industry standards
Lead documentation closeout: As-Builts, test results, and training
Plan daily/weekly look-ahead tasks and coordinate with field personnel
Install, terminate, certify, and label cabling for ITS, Access Control, CCTV, and paging systems
