Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice for Utility Construction and Network Installation, is hiring a Senior Low Voltage Cable Technician for our Louisville, KY Technologies Group. Our Low Voltage Technologies Group is experiencing exciting and rapid growth. Now is a great time to join our organization and become a Teammate that contributes directly to the future growth of Team Fishel.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $28-$32 per hour. This position is eligible for overtime.

Responsibilities

Establish clear and concise productivity goals and quality expectations for crews.

Prepare and review project documents with the crew prior to the project start date.

Ensure that the infrastructure installation and equipment performance meets Team Fishel's, the Customer's, and Industry standards.

Ensure the correct tool and test equipment usage practices are followed.

Maintain company vehicles according to established company maintenance practices.

Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted timely.

Provide weekly updates on the projects with a two-week-look-ahead schedule.

Ensure that all necessary materials, equipment, and tools are delivered to the job site on schedule.

Manage and accurately document all project change orders.

Qualifications

Possess a High School Diploma or a GED Certificate.

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Must have a working knowledge of structured cabling systems, including fiber optic cable installation (security knowledge is a plus).

Possess fundamental computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.

Have a keen desire to be a team player and succeed in the technologies business.

Possess an above-average knowledge of the telecommunications industry.

BICSI certification is a plus.

Bilingual experience is a plus.

Team Fishel will provide on-the-job training in all safety, tool operation, and maintenance areas.
