Job summary

ECAM, a GardaWorld company, is seeking a Tier II Low Voltage Technician based in Alexandria, VA. You will design, install, service, test, and maintain Mobile Surveillance Units (MSUs), CCTV, alarms, and related equipment while ensuring sites are fully operational.

This full-time role offers a stable environment with growth opportunities. The position requires travel up to 75% of the time within the territory and a strong focus on customer relationships and safety.

Qualifications

• HSE-friendly with basic electrical knowledge.
• Hands-on CCTV or alarm system installation experience (1 year).
• Willing to undergo extensive screening and background checks.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service Mobile Surveillance Units (MSUs) and CCTV systems.
• Perform weekly preventative maintenance and site surveys.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure projects run on time and on budget.
• Provide updates to branch staff and clients, and submit daily activity reports.
• Safely transport MSUs between customer locations and review video footage when requested.
