Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a construction Superintendent or in a similar jobsite leadership role.
• State Fire Alarm certification (Blue Card) required.
• Working knowledge of jobsite scheduling, safety requirements, and quality control processes.

• Lead Coastal Fire and Integration Systems onsite for the project.
• Supervise and manage all team members; conduct safety meetings and inspections.
• Prepare for scheduling meetings and oversee the Near Term Schedule.
