Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced candidate for an on-site role focused on Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and testing. You will work in integrated product teams to apply advanced signature control techniques to deliverables, and you will prepare BOEs and proposals as part of dual-use defense programs.

The position requires a STEM degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced STEM degree with 5+ years, along with an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design is required.
• Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test.
• Work in integrated product teams to incorporate signature control techniques into deliverables.
• Proposal Writing and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.
• Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to internal and external customers.
