Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Phantom Works seeks a Senior Low Observables Design & Integration Engineer to lead LO design, analysis, and test activities for an RCS pole model in the St. Louis region. You will collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, and test facilities to ensure robust LO components and successful program reviews.

Applicants must have a BS in engineering, hands-on LO experience, and an active U.S. Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain Special Program Access.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Aeronautical) or related field.
• Experience with LO materials, integration, manufacturing, and test.
• Experience using EM solvers for LO design and RCS predictions.
• Strong EM fundamentals and RCS knowledge.
• Active U.S. Top Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead LO design and integration for the RCS pole model.
• Model and optimize RCS across frequency bands.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing on design and fabrication.
• Define fabrication processes and QA checks.
• Develop test plans for RCS characterization.
• Analyze measured data and compare to simulations.
• Prepare technical documentation for program reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements.
