A leading aerospace company located in Missouri, is seeking a seasoned Low Observables Design & Integration Engineer to lead design and analysis activities for the RCS pole model. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in low observable materials, computational electromagnetic modeling, and will be responsible for leading design efforts, executing test plans, and mentoring junior engineers. This position requires hands-on involvement and is 100% onsite.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience with low observable materials and technologies.
Proven experience using computational electromagnetic solvers.
Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
Lead design and integration for RCS pole model.
Develop and execute test plans for RCS characterization.
Mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement.
