The Boeing Company, within the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) - Phantom Works, seeks an experienced Low Observables Mission Systems Integration Engineer to lead the design and integration of a next-generation sensor for a critical platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low observable technologies, antennas, apertures, and radomes, with a proven track record in systems integration and technical leadership across engineering disciplines to ensure on-time program

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field with focus on Electrical/Mechanical/Aeronautical, CS, Math, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent.
• Strong electromagnetic theory knowledge and its application to low observable systems.
• Proven experience integrating antennas and apertures in low observable platforms.
• Proficiency with computational electromagnetic solvers and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of a low observable sensor to meet design and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integration strategies for a critical platform sensor.
• Use computational electromagnetic solvers to analyze and optimize low observable designs
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across engineering teams.
• Oversee design and integration of low observable sensors aligned with program objectives and timelines.
• Stay current with advances in low observable materials and technologies to enhance system performance.
