Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Low Observables Test Engineer to join the Survivability team at Edwards AFB, CA. The role emphasizes hands-on testing, LO expertise, and automation to support flight-test campaigns.

The candidate will develop tools and scripts (Python/MATLAB) for data analysis, participate in IPT discussions, and help ensure test readiness and results. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a STEM field with 5 years of related experience or Master’s with 3 years.
• Experience in a systems test environment (flight test/HWIL/SIL/lab or range).
• Familiarity with survivability concepts (threats, LO/RCS, EW).
• Experience with at least one programming or scripting language for test/data (Python or MATLAB).
