Job summary

PAE Government Services Inc. seeks a Technical Controlling Organization Administrator to manage LOTO activities for plant equipment and systems.

The role writes, approves, and coordinates LOTOs, coordinating with operations and other departments to ensure compliance with all procedures and regulations. The position requires extensive experience in startup/operations/maintenance of high-hazard environments, DOE operating experience with LOTO, and knowledge of DOE-0336 programs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree in engineering or science preferred.
• 10 years of experience in startup/operations/maintenance/nuclear or high hazard operations.
• 4 years of DOE operating experience, including lockout/tagout; or equivalent such as NRC policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with WTTP/WTCC personnel to integrate activities and processes.
• Represent Plant Operations for interfaces with other project organizations on LOTO issues.
• Perform work safely and in compliance with permits, regulations, and standards.
• Meet goals and objectives established by facility management.
• Demonstrate understanding of system design, operation, safety, and regulatory conformance.
• Direct field activities and supervision of assigned personnel on complex tasks.
