Job summary

TUV SUD America is seeking a results-driven technical advisor specializing in loss prevention engineering to support key client accounts. The role blends field engineering with growing account engineering responsibilities.

You will develop servicing instructions, review fire data analyses, and monitor performance dashboards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize client value and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in fire and perils loss prevention engineering.
• Experience supporting clients across diverse industries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality reports and presentations.
• Willingness to travel within the United States for client meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned client accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and program value.
• Coordinate loss prevention engineering programs and transition toward account engineering focus.
• Develop, maintain, and update servicing instructions, field templates, and account documentation.
• Review engineering reports and fire data analyses for quality and accuracy.
• Monitor account performance via dashboards and reports; ensure data integrity.
