Tokio Marine Group of Companies in New Jersey seeks a highly experienced Loss Control professional to deliver Highly Protected Risk (HPR) services for major accounts. You will lead loss control surveys, analyze risk, prepare technical reports, and support underwriting and claims during renewals and policy periods.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or science, 5+ years of multi-location loss control experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science or equivalent experience.
• At least five years servicing major accounts with multi-location exposure and high premiums.
• Specialty in HPR loss control and strong written/spoken communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software and learning internal TM programs.

Responsabilités

• Performs loss control surveys for underwriting information from a loss control perspective.
• Coordinates loss control service for select clients with defined standards.
• Prepares client and underwriting reports including accident analysis and recommendations.
• Supports program development and client training seminars.
• Responds to special underwriting/client requests with prior approval.
• Develops and maintains loss control instructions for multi-location accounts.
• Completes work in regular service assignments in a timely manner.
• Maintains professional organization memberships as per guidelines.
• Uses PC tools to prepare presentations for prospects and clients.
• Plans scheduling to maximize efficiency and control costs.
• Adheres to internal controls while performing job duties.
